Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, VSM is a former Deputy Chief of Indian Army who is currently serving as the Governor of Uttrakhand.The oath of office was administered to Singh by the Chief Justice of the Uttarakhand High Court, Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan at the Raj Bhavan in Dehradun.

A highly-decorated General Officer, Lt Gen Singh superannuated from the Army on 31 January 2016 after nearly four decades of service. Apart from being the deputy chief of Army Staff, he has held prestigious appointments of adjutant general and corps commander of strategic XV Corps that overlooks the Line of Control in Kashmir. He has also handled China's operational and military-strategic issues as Additional Director General of Military Operations.

Devendra Mishra is commerce graduate and pursued MBA from Rajagiri School of Management, Kerala before joining the Banking industry in Kolkata. He started his career in the development sector in 2006. He is well known name in Indian NGO sector and built capacity for many credible charities.

Devendra have been the speaker at different International & National seminars for Development Sector, specially taking session on Social Marketing. He has volunteered to help many grass root organization to build their capacity.

Devendra’s expertise lies in managing human resource with aggressive result, that’s what, make him “People’s Person”. He is known for his leadership and creating next generation of leaders to take the key in their hand.
